The Egypt national team maintained their 100% winning run in three group-stage matches after beating Algeria.
In an entertaining game, Egypt outplayed Algeria in first half, going to the locker room with a comfortable 17-10 lead.

Algeria finished second in Group B with four points, two behind Egypt.
The other game saw Libya claim their first ever win in the tournament beating Congo 23-21 and finish third with two points.
